Born and raised amidst the breathtaking landscapes of British Columbia, I have always been deeply connected to nature and the natural cycles and rhythms that govern our world. This appreciation for the environment has instilled in me a sense of wonder and curiosity about optimizing the human experience.
My journey into acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is driven by a passion for helping individuals achieve balance and harmony within their lives. I believe that just as nature finds its equilibrium, so too can we, by aligning our mind, body, and spirit with the natural rhythms around us.
When I’m not poking people with needles, you can find me experimenting with new recipes, exploring the nearby mountains and coastlines, or collecting books faster than I can read them.
In my practice, I combine the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine with modern techniques - including needling, cupping, dietary guidance, and lifestyle advice. My focus extends beyond merely relieving symptoms; I aim to foster long-term balance and vitality, empowering you to live your best life.
As a practitioner, I have a particular interest in mental and emotional health, musculoskeletal and pain conditions, gastrointestinal and digestive disorders, and women's health.
Additionally, I am skilled in Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture, blending my passion for holistic beauty with ancient techniques to address various skin concerns and enhance your natural radiance.
